MS Updates and Announcements for Nov 24 to 28
As we approach the US holiday of Thanksgiving, it is a great time for us to pause and see our lives through a lens of gratitude. While we may all face challenges in our lives from time to time, it is through the lens of seeing our blessings that helps us enjoy and value our lives more and more every day. I hope that you find time next week to celebrate your blessings with your family and start the Christmas holiday filled with thanks.
The Virtue of the Month for November is Peace.
Our article this week is from the Be Kind People Project, with 7 tips on how we can each learn to bring more people to ourselves and the world daily. Mahatma Gandhi was once quoted as saying, “be the change you wish to see in the world.” The article, “Be the Peace: How Your Daily Choices Can Shape a More Peaceful World,” can show us simple steps to making peace a reality in our lives. Please take some time to sit down with your child to review these tips and discuss how people inside and outside can help to make a better world for everyone.
